Welcome to Negosyo toolkit online training. In this video, I’m going to discuss with you the Email Marketing and CRM features ng Negosyo Toolkit.

Number #1 na kailangan mong gawin is mag log-in sa iyong dashboard. Sa left side click CRM then overview. So ngayon ididiscuss ko yung mga features and purposes ng mga ito para alam mo kung paano sya inanavigate ng tama.

List- Ito yung set of contact list. Ikaw ang maglalagay ng list dyan either paid members, non-paid members, subscribers, non-subscribers. It depends anong list ang gagawin mo.

Tags- Tagging optional lang to na magagamit mo naman for segmentation.

Total Contacts- Dito mo naman makikita yung total ng contacts na magegenerate mo. Lahat ng leads na maka capture mo.

Campaign- Dito naman makikita mo yung of number of broadcast or email newsletter na pinapadala mo.

Email Template- You can create customized email templates na magagamit mo sa kahit anong purpose.

Email Sent- Ito naman yung number ng email na napadala mo sa buong email marketing journey mo.

Sales Today/Sales(This Month)- Dyan mo naman makikita yung sales mo on a daily basis and sales na nagenerate mo monthly.

So lets begin sa pag a-add ng Contacts. Pwede ka mag add ng contacts manually by filling the information needed, or you can import kung meron ka ng excel file or existing leads.

Contacts ==>All Contacts ==>Add Or Import

Under Contacts ==>List==>Add

Emails==>All Campaigns==>Create New Campaign

After mo makagawa ng Campaign Title mapupunta ka sa isang page kung saan pwede ka na gumawa ng broadcast email para sa mga contacts mo na gusto mo padalhan.

Then if ok na click save==>continue (subject and settings).

Continue to next step Recipient, Halimbawa, meron ka ng 2 list which is PAID MEMBERS and NON- MEMBERS . Pipili ka sa dalawa kung para kanino ba yung news letter na papadala mo sa Included ContactsExcluded contacts naman, ganun din pipili ka kung kanino mo ayaw ipadala yung broadcast email mo. Sa last part Review & Send ibig sabihin irereview mo muna kung gusto mo na sya isend or kung gusto mo ischedule. So you’re done setting your email sequence.

Automation Funnels– Dito mo maiseset yung gusto mo ipagawa sa CRM or Email Marketing mo. Kung familiar ka sa Get Response or activeCampaign very similar sil Dito mo ifo- follow up yung mga leads mo by sending them follow-up emails. Ang tawag dyan ay Automation Funnels based on emails.

Affiliate Wp- For triggering new affiliates. Dito mo sila pwede padalhan ng welcome email about an affiliate program.

WordPress Trigger- Ito naman yung mga new user sign in doon sa membership site mo. Paid or non paid membership.

CRM- Ito naman marami itong option which is yung ginagamit natin ngayon, the best option na gagamitin natin dyan ay LIST APPLIED.

WooCommerce- Pag may bumili ng produkto sa ecommerce system mo iti-triger nya itong automation na ito. Here dito ka makakapagpadala ng welcome email, thank you email, confirmation email ikaw yung makakapagset nun.

SAMPLE SEQUENCE EMAIL

Ok, dito sa last part ng CRM and Email Marketing Training natin, make sure na maisaayos mo yung Settings. Kung sino yung sender or kanino manggagaling yung emails.

Business Settings==>Business Name==>Business Full Address==>Logo(optional)

Email Settings==>From Name==>From Email Address

Name mo or name ng business mo, email address hindi gmail kundi custom email. Halimbawa nyan ay Info@jaygregorio.com na connected sa domain name. Included na sya sa negosyo toolkit,all you have to do is send a request to our support via chat sa ating website. Tell them that “Requesting for custom email support@yourdomain.com, admin@yourdomain.com or info@yourdomain.com”

General Setting

Auto Sync User Data and Contact Data – Kung gusto mo isync yung existing members pwede mong dalhin dito pero optional lang naman.

User Signup Optin Settings – Everytime na may nagsasign up sa membership site mo pwede mo i-enable then create new contact ==>Assign List.

Comment Form Subscription Settings – magagamit mo naman to for Blogs and articles, kapag nagcomment sila sa blogs mo, meron doong subscribe to a newsletter.

So by default optional lang lahat yan.

Custom Contact Fields– When you need additional fields to gather information for your business, you can create new custom fields. 

Smart Links- Smart Links allow you to tag and segment your subscribers when they click a link in an email, on your site or anywhere!

Double Opt-in Email Settings- This is a extra confirmation kung valid ang email address na papasok sa CRM system.

Incoming WebHooks- Receive data from any third party service with the help of CRM incoming webhook without writing code or running servers.

Managers- You can assign CRM manager, or pwede ka mag give ng access sa gusto mong maghandle ng CRM system mo. And pwede ka mag limit kung ano lang yung gusto mo ma access nila sa loob ng CRM.

SMTP- Ito yung gagamitin mo send emails sa mga leads mo. Pinakada-best na gamitin is Sendgrid dahil free lang sya. Create an account first kung sendgrid ang napili mo. You can send up to 4,000 emails per month sa mga leads mo pero maximum of 100 emails a day ang pwede mo ipadala. 

SETTING UP YOUR SMTP

Step #1 Request a Custom Email- Pumunta ka sa negosyotoolkit.com then chat our support. Sabihin mo lang na you are requesting a custom email. You can request up to 3 custom emails. Halimabawa nyan ay support@negosyotoolkit.cominfo@negosyotoolkit.comadmin@negosyotoolkit.com . Make sure na domain mo yung gagamitin mo dito.

Step #2 Sign up To Sendgrid.com-  Go to sendgrid.com, sign up for a free account. Kung ano yung custom email na nirequest mo, yun ang ilalagay mo sa pagsa-sign up.

Step #3 Verify- Once you are done signing up, makakareceive ka ng email, so just verify. 

Step #4 Create Sender Identity

Settings ⇒ Sender Authentication⇒ Authenticate Your Domain⇒ Click Get Started

Step #5 Chat With Our Support To Update Your DNS

Step #6 Once verified > Create Single Verification

Last Step: Go To Negosyo Toolkit⇒ Settings⇒ SMTP
